Research on Sensory Feedback for Transradial Amputees based on Bone Conduction

Project Leader

Research on the problem of amputees, especially upper limb forearm amputees, who lack feedback on prosthetic control, and find the solutions;
Design interactive devices for this feedback mechanism and design integrated circuits;
Design of signal generator, cooperate with the manipulator with tactile perception function in the laboratory, and carry out feedback feeling experiment

The aim of this project is to build an indoor localisation system to estimate the position of a moving target using measurements from a set of Bluetooth beacons in conjunction with an accelerometer by the principle of received signal strength, data fusion and Kalman filter

Height Estimation using Numerical Methods and Kalman Filter

The project uses Arduino,BMP290 and ADXL335;
The aim of this project is to build an altimeter to estimate height changes by introducing an additional sensor to measure pressure in conjunction with the accelerometer, and implement different methods to estimate vertical distance and velocity from multiple sensors

Determine design objectives, essential criteria, desirable criteria, and objective functions;
